Clicking noise from belt area, especially when wet and/or cold:

Its your aircon pulley out of alignment, and the noise is the belt being constantly pulled across the tensioner pulley.

loosen all 4 bolts holding on the aircon so you can knock it around its bolts.
start the engine
it SHOULD centralise itself
if not, tap it side to side till the ticking stops
you may want to have some one rev the engine for you.
tighten the lower bolts with the engine still running

Tighten the top one's after you stopped the engine.

Another thing to try is to tighten the belt slightly, it can turn the ticking into squealing, confirming the aircon pump is misaligned.
